Faculty Mentor/Co-Mentor Requirements
- INDARB-Sponsored Training
- Completion of Becoming a Mentor @ UTSA training or equivalent workshop
- INDARB program orientation
- Training in Rigor and Reproducibility
- Develop a Mentoring Compact with Trainee
- Attend 70% or more of INDARB Program-Specific Events
- Support Trainee Development
- Nurture a safe and supportive environment
- Provide training in experimental design and quantitative data analysis
- Guide career development
