The Operations Office of the Assistant Dean is responsible for the college's day-to-day operations and advises the Dean on long-term strategic initiatives to improve management, operations, human capital, and physical infrastructure, such as strategic planning, staff training, position change requests, compensation, and performance reviews, supervising staff, overseeing departmental space planning and facilities management, regulatory compliance, and responsible for the overall operational and administrative functions.

We support the College of Sciences' academic mission through strategic policy and managerial leadership. The Operations Office is responsible for managing over 319,989 square feet of office and laboratory space in the college’s current portfolio, which includes assignments in the following buildings:

In addition to implementing policies and procedures to promote and achieve user sustainability, administrative excellence, and a robust infrastructure, the office of operations manages the non-fiscal operations and primarily interfaces with:
