Application Materials
- CV or NIH biosketch: Submit a CV or NIH-formatted biosketch
- Mentor/Co-Mentor Letter of Support: Provide a 1–2-page nomination letter from the primary dissertation advisor and identified co-mentor, explaining the Neuroscience-DRS cross-disciplinary focus of the project.
- Signed Mentor/Co-Mentor Contract
- Project Proposal: Submit a 2-page proposal written independently by the candidate. The document should present the proposed research (e.g., Specific Aims) while also emphasizing the following points:
- The central hypothesis(es) to be tested by the proposed project.
- The Neuroscience/DRS cross-disciplinary approach that will be employed to test the proposed hypothesis(es).
- The distinct training contributions of the primary mentor and co-mentor.
- How outcomes of the proposed project have the potential to advance the relevant field(s).
