The Integrating Neuroscience with Developmental and Regenerative Biology (INDARB) T32 at UTSA offers advanced cross-disciplinary training to prepare the next generation of neuroscientists. Designed for 3rd and 4th year PhD students, this NIH-funded program supports trainees through co-mentorship, cutting-edge research experiences, and targeted professional development. Program components include statistical and quantitative literacy training, external research experiences, methodology workshops, career development, and grant writing support. INDARB equips trainees with the skills and knowledge to tackle complex challenges in neuroscience and to lead impactful careers in research, healthcare, and beyond.
Students who have been admitted into either the Neuroscience or Developmental and Regenerative Sciences PhD programs are encouraged to apply to the INDARB T32 training program at UTSA.
Participating faculty mentors in the INDARB training program come from 8 academic departments.
INDARB funding at UTSA is supported by NIH grant, the UTSA Graduate School, and the Department of Neuroscience, Developmental and Regenerative Biology.
