Requirements
- U.S. citizen, permanent resident, national, or refugee
- First-semester, first time, full-time student enrolled at UTSA
- Majoring in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Mathematics, Microbiology & Immunology, Neuroscience, or Physics
- Unmet financial need
If you desire to participate in APPEX because you want to be a scientist and are honors-eligible but are not eligible for funding, you can apply for request consideration for the APPEX "Adoption" program called APPEX-2.
