U.S. Forest Service Internship at Pisgah National Forest in Asheville, North Carolina
May 30–June 30, 2024
Students spent the summer working with U.S. Forest Service biologists studying succession patterns in deciduous forest. Students participating in the summer internship are: Caroline McGuire (University of Texas at San Antonio), Laura Daniels (Our Lady of the Lake University), and Nia Lawhorn (Northeast Lakeview College).
