Team Lead: Cindy Murphy
Cindy has worked at UTSA over 20 years and specializes in fiscal administration and Human Resources management. She has enjoyed assisting the faculty, staff, and students. During the summer, she and her husband travel to the Florida Keys, her home state of Colorado, and to interesting places in other states. She loves music, attending Zumba classes, playing the piano, and spending time with family and friends.
Estiven Antezana
Estiven completed his college degree in Bolivia. He had the opportunity to develop clerical functions and gain service by taking care of events and administrative duties at a nonprofit organization. He is interested in the integrated process, a highly collaborative method in projects to discern and resolve situations in order to better meet the needs of clients, budgeting, inspection, and verification of products. Estiven and his family like to spend time in nature and play sports.
Veronica Castellanos
Veronica grew up and completed her BA in Mexico. She then moved to the U.S. with her family and has made San Antonio home for the past 15 years. Since 2016, Veronica has been working at UTSA and now specializes in procurement, Human Resources assignments, and financial reconciliation. She is an avid runner and a gym enthusiast.
Rosalycia Martinez
I joined UTSA in 2018 working with Financial Affairs Disbursements & Travel Service Department. I was a Disbursement and Travels Specialist I and II. I am now a Business Service Center II with the College of Sciences. I have brought in my experience, education, and understanding of UTSA guidelines, procedures, and accounting rules. I hold a Bachelor’s of Business Administration concentration in Accounting from Texas A&M International University. I have 15+ years working in accounting and customer service. I have also worked in teaching. When not on the job, I love cooking, learning new recipes, dancing, music, relaxing at home, exercising, travel, and spending time with my family.
Carmen Sepulveda
Carmen has worked with UTSA since January 2015. Prior to joining UTSA, she worked at a Customs and International Trade Law Firm and in the Airline Industry as a Weight and Balance Loadmaster.
