Rigaku Saturn 724 Diffractometer
- The diffractometer is comprised of a Saturn 724 CCD detector with an AFC Kappa goniometer. It contains a sealed tube source powered by a 3 kW power supply.
- The cryosystem employs an x-stream 2000 system with an N2 generator which operates in the range of 98-298 K.
